By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any order on Solidrix SMM (solidrix.com), operated by Solidrix Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register an account and enter into binding agreements.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Multiple Account Prohibition: Creating duplicate, fake, or automated bot accounts to abuse referral systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or conduct unauthorized activities will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.

Solidrix SMM provides automated social media marketing, promotional engagement, and visibility services (followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, shares, etc.):

Our services are intended solely to enhance the social media appearance and reach of your target accounts. We guarantee the delivery of the quantity purchased. However, we do NOT guarantee that new followers or viewers will engage, like, interact, or convert into active customers.

C. Overlapping Orders on Same Link:

Placing multiple overlapping orders for the same target link before the previous order has reached "Completed" status will result in inaccurate start counts. Solidrix SMM is not responsible for missing counts or unfulfilled quantities caused by overlapping orders on identical links.

D. Speed & Completion Estimates:

Average delivery speeds displayed in service titles (e.g., Speed: 1K-5K/Day) are estimates based on historical data. Delivery speeds may fluctuate depending on social media network updates, server queues, or API provider status. Estimated speeds are not strict time guarantees.

All transactions on Solidrix SMM are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or supported digital currencies:

• Dynamic Pricing: Service rates are subject to change without prior notice due to upstream API adjustments or social media platform updates. The price active at the moment of order placement applies.
• NON-REFUNDABLE WALLET DEPOSITS: All payments deposited into your Solidrix SMM account wallet via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards, QR Code, or Crypto are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE back to your original bank account or payment app once successfully completed. Deposited funds must be utilized strictly for ordering services on Solidrix SMM.

Social media networks routinely perform algorithm updates and bot cleanups, which may cause natural count drops over time:

• Refill Coverage: Refills apply ONLY to services that explicitly state "Refill", "Guaranteed", or "30 Days Refill" in their service name. Non-refill / No-drop-guarantee services carry no refill support once delivered.
• Refill Eligibility Calculation: Refills are processed only when the current public count is below the Start Count + Order Quantity. If the current count drops below the initial Start Count due to external drops or past third-party services, refill cannot be triggered.
• Refill Button & Support: For eligible services, you can trigger refills using the "Refill" button in your order history or by opening a support ticket quoting your Order ID.

You strictly agree NOT to place orders for target links promoting:

• Hate speech, communal disharmony, violence, harassment, or illegal activities under Indian Penal Code (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
• Adult/pornographic content, explicit media, or child exploitation.
• Financial scams, phishing campaigns, unauthorized gambling, or fraud.
• Defamation or impersonation of individuals, government authorities, or corporate brands.

Independent Service Provider: Solidrix SMM is an independent marketing platform. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Google, or any social media platform.

Account Actions Disclaimer: Solidrix SMM shall not be held liable for any account suspensions, bans, restrictions, shadowbans, or content deletions carried out by third-party social media networks on your target profiles.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall Solidrix SMM or Solidrix Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
